Still working on getting the wireless router working at home. Have swapped out the hardware (both by getting a new NIC card and by putting in a whole "new" machine ("new" = "borrowed from work - thanks, Jim!). No change. Reinstalled XP (both from the "restore" disk and a clean install). Again, no change.
Since the wireless router is "out of warranty", my next step's either get a new modem from Verizon, or buy a whole new machine. I'll try the modem first.
I know this post has NOTHING to do with entering contests, but I offer it as an explanation of where my priorities have been for the last few weeks.

Didn't win the furniture.
Didn't win either raffle at school.
Also haven't been entering much since most of my free time has been spent working on reinstalling XP on my machine at home, with limited success.
